This is a full time role 37.5 hours per week and is to cover the Office administration. This unique position will require half of your week culture building and half of your week maintaining and building relationships with our customers along with other ad hoc admin duties.
The roles goal is to recruit, develop and retain incredible people who deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and service at all stages. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, dynamic and loves people.
You will also have a handle on the company's social media and look to create new content to increase engagement. Along with other admin, such as; Tracking staff hours, Ensuring training is being carried out, Managing Annual Leave, Monthly newsletters, etc.
You will work alongside the COO & Operations team to support key priorities such as recruitment coordination and the organisation of development opportunities, whilst making improvements to our current systems and processes
- Be curious, humble and have a passion for improving
- Have a good understanding of employment law and practice
- Have a good understanding of business and office practices and standards
- Have a good understanding of GDPR and best practice on data protection and confidentiality
- Be able to establish and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and customers
- Be an excellent administrator including recording, filing, completing and finishing, retrieving information, preparing and providing reports
- Be able to collect, record, analyse and report on data
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening and questioning to clarify and interpret expectations, needs and requirements
- Be able to manage competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks and projects
- Have an excellent working knowledge of Google Mail and Google Apps
- Be open to learning Xero Accounting software and Deputy Clocking software
- Be able to plan and deliver short informal training programmes
