SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/HR Administrator to join one of our key clients based in Alfreton. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with an hour's lunch. Our client is rapidly growing and experiencingsuccessful, continued growth across all areas of the business.
You will be a confident communicator with good administration skills. In addition, you will be proactive and must have a willingness to learn and progress as our client really encourages development and progression.

**Main duties will include**
- Answer incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Sign in visitors
- Booking in rooms and getting them set up for meetings with correct equipment
- Support HR staff with ad hoc HR admin work such as processing new starters and leavers
- Send out employee induction and training materials for new starters
- Issue employee staff badges
- Ensuring all paperwork, files and onboarding is completed to a high standard
- Liaising closely with Finance and Payroll to ensure all employee terms & conditions are managed and recorded accordingly
- Liaise and support the People Support Team with engagement activities such as inductions and onboarding
- Be proactive and consistent with all HR administrations tasks including filing, update of HR records, business reports and our HR & Payroll system
- Produce all employee correspondence and keep accurate confidential HR records
