An excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking Occupational Health company based in South Wales. The role is to support and be dedicated to our prestigious client, the Welsh Government.

The Welsh Government has a dedicated Occupational Health and Wellbeing team and use Insight Workplace Health to provide the occupational health services. We are looking to recruit a team member to be embedded in the Welsh Government Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. You will be based 3 days per week at Welsh Government offices in Swansea and 2 days at Insight Workplace Health offices in Neath.

The Occupational Health and Wellbeing team is responsible for managing the delivery of Welsh Government’s external Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programme and Specialist Counselling services. The team contributes to Welsh Government’s Health and Wellbeing strategy and delivery and leads on Welsh Government’s Corporate Health Standard accreditation.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the delivery of the OH service. The post holder will be expected to deal with queries from staff; support the monitoring of service delivery; and the maintenance of the team’s content on the intranet. The role will also provide admin support for the delivery of Welsh Government initiatives within the areas of Health and Wellbeing.

**Key Tasks / Responsibilities**
- Provide the highest level of customer service to Welsh Government staff on the OH service. Monitor and respond to a variety of queries. Provide advice to internal colleagues and signpost where necessary.
- Such queries may include problems in using the OH online portal, understanding the timings of appointments; changes to or cancellation of appointments; data protection consent issues.
- Following up on actions following an employee’s OH appointment
- Ensure confidentiality of information is maintained; that data and sensitive personal/confidential information is processed correctly.
- Maintaining accurate records
- Escalate any urgent queries, requests, risks and issues to the OH Manager and if needed to the referring line manager as soon as possible.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
