You will join at a time when the HR function has made huge leaps with operational and transactional efficiencies and is now looking to move things forward with a number of value focused initiatives. As HRBP, you will look to raise management capability andfoster a culture of accountability while acting as an escalation point and coach on more complex employee relations matters. Your focus, outside of overseeing operational HR activity, will be to partner with leaders and advise on deployment of initiativesin talent management, employee engagement, performance, recruitment and reward.
You will work with fellow HR Business Partners to ensure consistency of practise, as well as with the HR Operations lead to further develop and embed the HR service offering and technological advancements within the function. With organisational growth in mind,the HRBP will be required to support organisational design and development needs, as well as leading on people related change projects or such activities as TUPE.
Who is our client looking for?
They are looking for commercial HR professionals with generalist experience but, critically, a desire to work in a proactive, value focused way. Experience with HR projects or HR transformation would be an advantage in this role. As you will be joining at thestart of this process of reinventing the HR function, you will need to have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, an eye for detail in project planning and an understanding of how to effectively measure success. Our client's locations are allwithin a reasonably short distance of each other but the flexibility to visit 2 or 3 locations a week is essential.
