We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. While having knowledge of AutoCAD software would be exceptional, we provide comprehensive training to all our Sales Representatives to ensure their success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct site surveys for our products, utilising your proficiency in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products and services to potential customers. Building and nurturing customer relationships is a vital aspect of this position, as it ensures customer satisfaction and fosters long-term partnerships. As a Sales Representative, you will utilise your exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service to drive sales and meet targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs and interests of each client.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns to drive sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in Commercial Kitchens.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
