Our goal is to increase our revenue year-on-year by double. Hence, we are investing heavily in our SDR team to ensure this becomes a reality.


A high achiever in this position will describe themselves as competitive and fast paced who sets high standards for themselves.

They will be a great relationship builder who understands what it means to provide value and has the capability to go above andbeyond expectations.

New hires will receive world-class technical and sales training in order to support their career and role development.

They will also be working closely with the sales & technical teams to help them learn on the job and hit the ground running.


Job responsibilities:

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Sit on meetings, demos, and take the lead. Once completed you will pass on to an AE to close the deal. However the next step up for yourself, will be an SMB AE role
- you will be next in line above other SDRs for this progression step.

  • Identify and research strategic prospects within the specified industry that we can provide value to with our tech services.
  • Keep in contact and build relationships with prospects through regular communication and valueadd materials such as event invites.
  • Work with your dedicated sales and marketing resource to identify & drive attendees to our webinars & face to face events and follow up with them after the event to book a meeting.
  • You will support in the mentoring of SDRs.

Desired skills and experience:


As a Senior SDR, you will have at least 12 months experience in a B2B sales role, you will also be familiar with using LinkedIn & other social media to build a personal brand.


Tooling:

In your role as a Senior SDR, you will be using:

  • An SDR platform such as Salesloft or Outreach
  • Data tools such as Zoominfo or Cognism
  • Hubspot
  • Dynamics
