Applications are invited for the role of Process & Systems Support Officer. This is a new role within Facilities Residential and Commercial Services (FRCS), working within the Business Support department. Reporting to the Programme Analyst, you will work closely with departmental service area leads and colleagues within IT services and Strategic change to ensure a streamlined approach to business improvement activities across FRCS.
You should have experience of supporting the delivery of process improvement activities and system reviews, and have a good understanding of documenting requirements. The role will require excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to capture and convey complex information.

It is an exciting time to join a large, busy and varied department, with lots of opportunities to impact change and contribute towards the enhancement of services across the department.

You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience).
