We’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional quality and innovative ideas, and we’re looking for a compliance and purchasing administrator to help in our busy offices
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
You will need to be able to communitace with all levels of management
Good computer knowledge, word, excel
Role Responsibilities:
As our Compliance & Purchasing Administrator your time will be split between the 2 roles, you’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining our food safety files including training records, ingredients data base and working procedures
- Carry out routine checks to ensure all food safety records are being correctly completed at the right time and report back to the compliance manager any concerns
- Check all members of staff are observing the correct clothing and food safety procedures and advise the Compliance Manager of any concerns
- Assist with quarterly site audits and report back findings to managemnet.
- Raise purchase orders
- Progressing outstanding orders and any issues to the purchasing manager
- Obtaining prices from suppliers
- Liaising with the accounts team for invoice queries
- Dealing with supplier queries
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a food compliance administrator or buying assistant would be an advantage but not essential
- Understanding of SALSA would be an advantage
- A great eye for detail
- Computer Literate
- Driving license as working from 3 sites
