**The Role - Sales Admin/Office Assistant**

Our client provides repairs, maintenance and installation services for a broad customer base for the length and breadth of the UK, including a 24/7 emergency service.

**Requirements and Duties**
- Telesales/Call Centre experience is preferred
- Understanding of administration
- Good keyboard skills
- Confident
- Excellent work ethic
- Reliable
- Able to work to deadlines/pressure
- Dealing with customers, contractors and account customers and assisting with the general operations of the business
- A good telephone manner
- Be highly literate and numerate
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office

This role would suit someone with 1 - 2 years office experience.

**The Package**
- Salary £16,000 - £18,000
- Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Office based role
