**Pay Rate**:£11.44 - £12.82

**Main Duties**

***
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Ingress control - ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
- Crowd control/people management - foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support.
- Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour/take appropriate action.
- Egress control.
- Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches and patrols.

**About You**
- Have a clear passion for Keeping People Safe
- Have a good understanding of security risks and threats present at events and festivals
- Be friendly and have great people skills
- Love training: we have a learning culture and are rigorous in upskilling ourselves and others
- Be happy camping and able to provide essential camping kit

You will be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment, this training will be provided by FGH training free of charge.
