Supply Chain Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Working within the Production Planning team, reporting to the Planning Manager.
- Accurately transfer Purchase Order data from our Customers portal software to our in house SAP system daily. Including quantity amendments and agreed delivery date changes.
- Accurately transfer Sales Order information from our in house SAP system to our Customers portal daily. Including confirmation date changes and quantity amendments.
- Compile and run standard business reports.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and answer information requests.
- Document new processes and upload into our Quality Management System.
- Comply with all Company Policies and Quality policies and procedures.
**Skills**:
- High level of attention to detail.
- Data entry accuracy.
- Understanding of fulfilling Customer needs and upholding previous commitments, coupled with collaboration with Internal Stakeholders.
- Accepts and understands individual responsibility as well as collaboration across teams.
Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
- SAP Sales Order basic knowledge/familiarity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Previous data entry experience would be desirable.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 18 months
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
