**The Vacancy**

**You heard it here first** - Our wonderful Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Apprenticeship & Talent Advisor. The L&OD team business partner with all of our departments within NCHA and provide an array of learning activities, as well as being responsible for our colleague engagement survey, colleague voice, talent & apprenticeship offering.

**The role**:
As our Apprentice & Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for NCHA’s apprenticeship offer to support new and current colleagues with their development.

You will work closely with our apprentices and their managers in order to build relationships and provide support throughout their apprenticeship journey. You will also manage the contracts with apprenticeship training providers.

Experience of working with apprenticeships and familiar with government apprenticeship levy fund.

Demonstrable experience of working in a busy customer focussed environment.

Experience of successfully managing relationships with internal and external customers.

Good team working skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.

High level of numeracy, IT and literacy skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate and experience of Microsoft Office packages to record and monitor data.
