Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with line managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills are key as you'll be working directly with stakeholders across the business.
  • Advertise vacancies and ensure they reach the right talent pool.
  • Review and examine CVs via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct pre-screen calls and schedule interviews.
