Dorset Healthcare is responsible for the provision of Memory Assessment Services (MAS) across the county andnationally it has been recognised that Dementia is an area of health significance with an ever-increasing ageing population. We are proud to say the Trust, in conjunction with our local Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) have recently completed a review of all the Dementia Services in Dorset and secured significant additional funding to redevelop and expand the diagnostic and treatment services that we provide. This new model of care follows a clear pathway from diagnosis to treatment encapsulated by the following stages:

- Preventing Well
- Diagnosing Well
- Living Well
- Supporting Well
- Supporting Well in Crisis
- Dying Well

If you are passionate about Dementia and want tojoin our supportive multi-disciplinary teams across the county, you will be joining caring, enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated staff teams. We regularly achieve over 96% positive feedback in the Patient Experience Surveys and we are proud to be innovative in our practice. We regularly participate in research studies and we are working towards accreditation on the Memory Services National Accreditation Programme developed by The Royal College of Psychiatrists.

**We now have the following exciting opportunities for**:
Part-time Band 3 Team Administrator to be based at Community Offices, Dorchester.

The provision of high quality administrative support to a team of health professionals, including audio typing, diary management, letter formatting, ensuring the accurate recording and storage of information and reception cover
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office and a minimum of RSA/OCR II Typing/word processing qualification or equivalent is required
- Accurate record-keeping and updating information on the Integrated Electronic Service User System as key areas of work
- General administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, data gathering and data entry, room bookings, and other admin tasks as required

MAS West teams works across several different bases and practitioners cover geographical areas of Weymouth and Portland, Bridport, Dorchester, Shaftesbury, Blandford and Sherborne.

This is a permanent post with core hours of Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. For part-time hours the exact work pattern will be agreed with applicant following a successful interview.
