We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our close-knit team. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout their financial planning journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Support**: Provide exceptional administrative support to clients, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Documentation and Compliance**: Assist in maintaining accurate client records, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with FCA regulations.

**Data Management**: Maintain and organise financial data on our back-office system, including account information and transactions.

**Meeting Preparation**: Schedule client meetings and assist in preparing annual review packs.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with financial advisers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

**Administrative Tasks**: Handle various administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office organisation.

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Previous experience in a similar financial services administrative role.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance.

Willingness to share ideas and collaborate with our team to improve our business processes and enhance client relationships.
