**Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Loanhead, Midlothian, Scotland

**Job type**: Full Time 40hrs per week for initial 6-months following successful 12-week probationary period.

**Hours**: Regular hours: 08.30 - 17.00 (30 mins unpaid lunch break). Mon - Friday (some weekend work at events will be required). Some flexibility required.

**Salary**: £23,800

**Benefits**: 30 days annual holiday allowance, (inclusive of bank and statutory holidays), weekly beer and trade sampling allowance, staff discount and company pension contribution.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Design and Marketing Assistant at Stewart Brewing, you will support a range of marketing and branding initiatives aimed at enhancing our visibility and reinforcing our vision, purpose, and core values. Your role will involve collaborating on various projects throughout the business, focusing on areas such as:

- Designing pump clips and keg badges using our templates
- Designing can and bottle labels using our templates
- Designing packaging
- Preparing adverts for trade press
- Designing posters for marketing purposes for pubs and internally
- Creating brand slides and presenters
- Creating banners for the website
- Designing point of sale materials
- Liaising with suppliers of our point-of-sale materials including managing orders and installation
- Working with customers to improve our brand presence.
- Help plan and organise events at the brewery and working at those events.
- Supporting trade team with brand presence in the trade.

In addition, this role will offer administrative support to the Marketing Director, this will involve:

- Pro-actively answering queries and filing / responding /
- Preparing for meetings, taking/distributing minutes & actions.
- Assisting with management ventures as directed.
- General admin, ordering of goods etc to support on projects.
- Other admin tasks as required.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Strong design skills with a creative flair
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Good knowledge of Canva
- Strong customer-focussed attitude
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and showing good judgement in resolving problems
- Ability to be organised, decision-making, time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to plan and progress work without supervision and use initiative
- Strong work ethic and a can-do proactive attitude.
- Interest in craft beer is desirable
