**Position Overview**: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity to blend your customer service expertise with your passion for engineering. Our client are a leading engineering machinery dealer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by generating reports, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an engineering environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for the engineering industry.
