**Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant - 30hrs per week**
ChargePointEV LTd/Eco Cell Electrical, specialise with the delivery and installation of the UK's largest range of EV Charger Points, SolarPV and Battery storage installations. We operate throughout the Midlands, the NorthWest and the Oxfordshire surrounding counties.
Our working environment is less formal than most; professional, efficient and responsive. If this suits you, then you maybe the right person for us.
Your role as an **experienced Bookkeeper,** would be to record all company's spending; including purchases, invoices, payroll, sales and provide accurate information on company outgoings for the purposes of filing accounts. You will be expected to be organised, efficient and skilled at keeping track of the various types of spending by the company as well as preparing management accounts, including financial planning.
**Key responsibilities of the bookkeeper**
- Regular reconciliations of statements both Sales and Purchase ledger
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Familiar with working with CMS and other digital platforms
- Promptly resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting with credit control activities
- Accurately recording intercompany loans and transaction
- Preparing accounts and tax returns
**Required Skills of a Bookkeeper**
- Experience in working in a similar account’s role is essential.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- Possess a minimum qualification of level 3-4 AAT qualification or equivalent.
- **Experience in using QuickBooks software is essential.**:
- The opportunity is offering **30hrs per week** with the option for more hours should the need arise.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £13.50 per hour
