Bookkeeper/administration

**Responsibilities**:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile entries and maintain accurate ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Manage payroll activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good knowledge of financial regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
