**Your role & key accountabilities**:
We are looking for an experienced demand planner who has a strong growth mindset and can-do attitude of doing what it takes to win. As the Demand Planner for the UKI ANZ region, you will play a crucial role in the S&OP process, ensuring that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision through the delivery of an accurate SKU/customer level forecast considering information from key stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Marketing). There will be plenty of opportunities to work on new initiatives/experiments across supply chain as well as business functions as Elida Beauty evolves into a bigger company.
- E2E execution of Demand Planning Team Strategy.
- Support collaboration with Customer Development, Marketing, Finance to incorporate key marketing and trade initiatives into the demand forecast.
- Leads S&OP, Forecasting and Promotion Planning to ensure all departments are aligned to business plan as well as challenging assumptions.
- Defines and develops Unconstrained Forecast into the business plans including innovation, promotional activities, and growth assumptions.
- Transforms the Unconstrained Forecast into a Constrained Forecast based on supply confirmation.
- Ensures operational excellence and solution management for any supply risk & issues.
- Responsible to deliver excellent service to all our customers.
- Owns and monitors Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias reporting, and continuous improvement of Service Levels, Inventory, Business Waste, FA/FB.
- Works closely with Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities.
- Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or University, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.
- 3+ years’ experience in a planning role, preferably within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- ** Experience working with statistical forecasting software**, operational experience of any planning systems such as SAP/Kinaxis or Oracle a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy.
- ** Advanced Excel Skills & PowerBi user**.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in straight-forward ways to multiple levels of the organization.
- ** Strong interpersonal skills.**
