**In office:?**Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

**The Role:?**
- Act as first point of contact for callers and deliveries to the building and covering front desk duties as required
- Monitor and maintain the team patient/client record systems
- Gather information from systems/records for statistical collation and audits and training courses Liaising with Patient Systems to add/amend /correct details in patient records
- Proofread and format clinical letters assessments, reports, letters, and general internal and external communications
- Carry out clinical diary management, booking appointments and rooms as necessary
- Attend and participate in team and other meetings, ensuring any actions arising are completed within the agreed timescale, including taking Minutes at meetings (as and when required)
- Support the delivery of projects and services through timely and relevant information analysis and administration support
- Support team managers and Director of Youth Services with recruitment processes, including offering guidance and training during the induction of new staff

**What we are looking for in a successful Business Support Administrator:?**
- Excellent communicator both spoken and written
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of administration procedures, project management or information analysis
- Experience using patient/client record systems (CYP IAPTUS) - desirable
- Ability to coordinated multiple tasks, ad hoc administrative requests and meet projected deadlines
- Confident to suggest improvements to own area of responsibilities, informing policy and making recommendations for more effective delivery
