Responsibilities will include: 

  • Liaising with clients through email and telephone
  • Coordinating and leading team meetings to ensure existing projects, leads and quotes are managed
  • Management of the WIP and liaising with accounts for invoicing and valuations
  • Liaising with clients, Project Managers and the team to ensure snagging is undertaken where required
  • Forming leads upon receipt of new potential projects
  • Translation of quotes from costing spreadsheet to formal quotation and issuing to the client
  • Arranging site meetings upon receipt of quote requests
  • Producing weekly progress reports and issuing them to clients
  • Managing Sharepoint files, ensuring they are correctly moved and archived through the project process
  • Producing and managing quote activity and liaising with clients for feedback
  • Assisting project managers with tasks where client communication is required to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • General administrative tasks to assist the projects team, including planning and procurement

 Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, but also happy to work independently
