A well-established company based in Liverpool city centre is looking for an experienced admin assistant to join a thriving financial and wealth services company on a 6 month fixed term contract, which has long term possibilities. The role will help keep the administrative services to the client team. Assisting admin duties, updating the client records, and ensuring all client information is up to date.

**Duties**:

- General admin duties
- Keep all client records up to date
- General administrative duties e.g. scanning, photocopying, filing Maintain service levels
- Build and develop knowledge and understanding of the company and the responsibilities of other departments
- Other duties to support the effective running of the team and other business areas as needed

Skills Required:

- Administration and customer service skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload Accurately and numerate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office eg Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines with effective time management skills Thorough approach to work, with good attention to detail Ability to work on own and as part of a team Proactive team player

Fixed term contract 6 months

Mon - Friday 9-5 pm
