Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust are pleased to recruit to an exciting and challenging role within the Quality Improvement Team.

The post holder will work as part of the Quality, Governance and Performance Assurance Directorate within the Quality Improvement Team working with the Head of Quality Improvement. This role will support the provision of highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement. This will ensure patients’ and their families’ voices are heard and used to help us develop the insight to improve outcomes and guarantee no member of our community is left behind or disadvantaged.

This role is fixed term for 12 months.

The post holder will be responsible for facilitating and co-ordinating, through a co-production approach, patient experience initiatives and other developments across the Trust. The post holder will be responsible for building engaging relationships across the Trust, Integrated Care Systems, patients, families, and other stakeholders.
