A well established Lancaster company are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team.

The Accounts Administrator will report to the office manager and be part of a team that has grown year on year.

What will you day look like as Accounts Administrator ?
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Processing and coding Supplier invoices with correct nominal codes
- Preparing Supplier payment runs and proforma invoices
- Preparing monthly aged creditors reports and reconciliation of Supplier statements.
- Processing monthly expenses.s.
- Managing the staff training matrix, organising staff health surveillance and training courses.
- General office administration including answering the phone and filing

The ideal Accounts Administrator will have similar experience working in a accounts / administration function and have a good knoweldge of MS Office and Sage.

For the successful Accounts Adminisrtator the client is offering 25 days holiday, on site parking along with company pension.
