**About the Role**:
With that in mind, now is a pivotal moment for the brand as we look to supercharge our growth. Due to some internal changes, there is a requirement for a new Finance Assistant. Reporting to the Group Finance Director / Financial Controller this role will work in partnership with the rest of the finance team and wider business.

This role will be responsible for:

- Processing supplier invoices, following the appropriate approvals and preparing regular payment runs across the Group in multiple currencies.
- Processing bank reconciliations for multiple accounts in multi-currency and multi countries
- Reconciling customer receipts from a variety of payment platforms including PayPal, Stripe and Klarna to customer invoices
- Processing and reconciling credit card statements for all the companies in the group
- Preparing ad-hoc expense analysis reports, categorising specific elements
- Assisting with employee expense claims

**Key Competencies**:

- Part -Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA) or strong experience in a busy finance team
- Strong excel skills and some understanding/experience of Oracle NetSuite will be advantageous.
