Our client provide a full range of services including but not limited too; accounting, advisory, payroll, taxation, auditing and financial planning for a variety of clients and sole-traders.

Duties and responsibilitiesAs a Finance Assistant you will be carrying out a range of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to;
Managing the purchase ledger and sales ledger including processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, creating payment runs, allocating sales receipts to the correct invoices and reconciling the fees at the month end. Carrying out any ad-hoc bookkeeping tasks when required. Preparing management accounts and assisting with month end reporting. Drafting VAT returns. Liaising with various internal managers and partners of different teams. Other ad-hoc admin tasks.
Qualifications and skills requiredIn order succeed as a Finance Assistant you will:
Be ambitious and keen to pursue a career in accountancy. Have excellent communication skills. Have good attention to detail. Some accounts experience would be desirable. This role could also be suitable for someone who has recently completed their accountancy degree.

Training and study support is also provided and encouraged.
