We’re looking for an organised, detail oriented individual to join our busy Talent Acquisition function Starling Bank is continually growing and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team to support the scheduling and administration of new vacancies.

**You will be supporting the recruitment for Starling Bank by**:

- Administration and scheduling of interviews
- Facilitation of interviews with various stakeholders within the business
- Support our Employee Onboarding Coordinator to onboard new employees as required
- Conduct Right to Work checks for new employees
- As needed, supporting job fairs and/or other recruitment experiences to drive hiring
- Growing Starling’s reputation as an employer
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with any ad-hoc requests and projects

Please note, this role will close on Friday 12th April.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, some experience in a recruitment scheduling or coordination role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Results driven, with a passion for finding the right person for the right role
- Organisational skills to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment
