**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Location: Manchester, Trafford Park (The Wirral can be considered)**

**Salary: £22,000 - £30,000**

Holiferm is facilitating the transition of the $42 billion surfactant market from harmful, fossil fuel-based chemicals to biobased alternatives. We produce sophorolipid biosurfactants: renewable, biodegradable, and mild alternatives to the petrochemical-derived surfactants used in household cleaning, laundry, and personal care products.

**Responsibilities**

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

- Work with teams to identify roles needed throughout the business and key requirements for each role.
- Facilitate onboarding of the new hires.
- Gathering, analysing and reporting recruitment information.
- Role likely to involve working with other functions, such as following up sales leads at conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Has a “can do” and “positive” attitude.
- Friendly and good communication skills
- Discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to travel
- Flexibility to work across roles.
- Team-oriented and desire to build exceptional teams.
- Basic knowledge of science
- high level of interest in science

**Desirables**:

- Have worked in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Has a passion and drive to make greener products.
- Some experience in recruiting or building teams (but this is not an essential)
