Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Administrative Support professional to assist the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager in delivering a high-impact transformation project within the Talent Acquisition function.

This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of project tasks, including content creation, research, data management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports, including drafting content for PowerPoint decks, project updates, and communication materials.
  • Conduct research on various topics as required by the project, summarizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage, update, and analyze spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
  • Update and maintain project trackers, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure the project stays on course.
  • Support the Project Manager in identifying areas for process improvement within the Talent Acquisition function, assisting in the documentation and implementation of new procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of project updates and requirements.
  • Operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment, adjusting to new priorities and challenges as they arise.
  • Handle various administrative tasks independently, with minimal supervision, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing data, preparing documents, and updating project trackers.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a changing environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
