Picking and Packing/ Customer Service

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with finding the right solutions for their needs
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.42-£10.65 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Windsor: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:sponsibilities:
- Pack items into designated containers or boxes according to company standards
- Ensure that items are properly labeled and sealed
- Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse environment preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Attention to detail and accuracy in packing items
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items for extended periods of time

Work Location: In personal customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer concerns
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
