In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers in English, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information and process orders or requests.
- Analyze customer interactions and provide feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer inquiries.
- Strong upselling skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to promote additional products or services.
- Proficient in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to analyze customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,740.84 per year
