**We are currently looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Commercial Team Lead.**
What does a Commercial Team Lead involve?
- To create the pathway for our teams to deliver the Commercial and Sales strategy. To lead by role modelling
- and excellent communication. To lead the Commercial Team by example to be the drivers of the exceptional,
- collaborative partnerships with Suppliers to drive growth. Develop and implement fit for purpose growth
- strategies for the Customer, Supplier and DCS with a focus on efficiency and profitability. Achievement of all
- sales and profitability targets within your portfolio, improving current terms and negotiating recovery of
- costs. Leading and supporting the Senior Commercial Managers, Commercial Managers and Junior
- Commercial Managers within your team. Communicating and negotiating at all levels both internally and
- externally, prioritising and making effective decisions. Develop a strong team, build networks and provide
- regular updates to all stakeholders.
**Commercial Experience/ Competencies Required**:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within a similar role.
- Proven experience of leading a team
- Solutions focused.
- Be able to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels.
- Excellent commercial awareness and background
- High level of numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Growth Mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and flexible to change.
- Ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with a variety of networks.
- Be a strong team player.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Have effective presentation skills.
- Forecasting and analytical skill
