**Hours**: Full-Time - 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. 4 days a week will be considered for this role. Please note that some out of hours work is required to perform this role; events are scheduled with adequate notice and a TOIL policy is in place.

**Salary**:£ 27,500 to £28,000 per annum

**Role Summary**

**Your Team**

The Campaigns Coordinator is a new role within the Development Department which fundraises for The Old Vic Theatre Trust, a registered charity. Its aim is to raise voluntary funds for the theatre from individuals, companies and charitable trusts and foundations.

The department consists of: Development Director, Associate Director -Trusts and Foundations, Senior Proposal Writer, Trusts and Foundations Officer, Head of Corporate Development, Corporate Development Officer, Head of Events, Events Officer, Head of Philanthropy, Head of Individual Giving, Senior Individual Giving Manager and Individual Giving Officer.

The Old Vic Trust receives no government subsidy and in the year ahead we need to raise approximately £3.7 million in revenue fundraising while we have also embarked on a £19.2m capital campaign.

**Areas of responsibility**
- To manage the day-to-day administration of all aspects of the Capital Campaign.
- To maintain team-wide prospect and expenditure tracking systems for the Campaign, oversee and manage the Campaign workplan and help monitor the research, cultivation and solicitation process
- To coordinate Campaign literature, collateral and correspondence, including print, online and film.
- To process capital donations on The Old Vic’s database, Tessitura, ensuring that records are kept fully up-to-date
- To prepare and assemble supporting evidence for reports and presentations e.g. quotes, statistics, images and case studies
- To generate drawdown letters, pledge agreements and thank you letters
- To retain and increase support by delivering an excellent programme of customer care
- To diarise and minute internal Campaign meetings and other capital meetings as relevant including tracking and monitoring actions
- Administrate and minute Capital Advisory Board meetings as required
- To oversee ticket bookings and catering reservations for supporters to the Capital Campaign
- To ensure that all data complies with procedures for data integrity (e.g. Gift Aid, GDPR and PCI compliance).
- To ensure that crediting of all campaign supporters is correct on donor walls, programmes and in annual reviews.
- To ensure all accreditation and naming opportunities are documented and implemented according to donor requirements.

**Events**

To support the team on all event related activity for the capital campaign **which might include**:

- To generate guest lists, draft and send invitations, manage RSVPs and record on Tessitura.
- To send joining instructions to guests in advance of each event and compile briefing notes
- To attend and help at Old Vic events, as required

**General**
- To undertake training deemed necessary by the Development Director and Head of Philanthropy.
- To carry out any other duties as requested by the Development Director and Head of Philanthropy.

Essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to create and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous eye for detail, excellent proofreader
- Outstanding administration and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise a number of varied tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Immaculately presented work
- Robust IT skills and experience of working with databases
- Resilient, flexible and discreet
- Ability to work independently, with initiative, and take responsibility for own tasks
- Experience of managing complex / multi-faceted projects
