**Job Title: Marketing Administrator**

**Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits**

**Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday**

**Location: Birmingham - parking provided (hybrid working available after training)**

**Description**:
Due to increased workload, a successful and expanding property company in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a confident Business Development Assistant to support their busy Business Development and Integration teams with administration, marketing and client support.

**Key Duties**:

- Assisting in preparing and personalising PowerPoint presentations
- Working on new business proposals
- Creating meaningful and effective social media posts
- Liaising with the PR company
- Event scheduling and co-ordinating
- Working on improving google ratings
- Assisting the onboarding team with setting up new schemes
- Associated administration tasksbu

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Confident and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in a similar role/industry would be a strong advantage

This is an excellent role for a **Marketing Administrator **to work in a customer focused role within a busy team. In return you will receive between £24,000 - £25,000 plus bonus, 25 days holiday, medical cover and parking.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
