Our client, a successful and well-established Estate Agent are looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Administrator to join their expanding time in Birmingham.

**In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales and Lettings Administrator**:

- £20,000 basic

**Working hours of a Sales and Lettings Administrator**:

- Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 9 am - 4 pm

**Ideally, to be considered for the Sales and Lettings Administrator role you must have the following attributes**:

- Highly organized
- Computer literate
- Upbeat and outgoing personality
- Able to manage workload
- Switched on individual
- Previous administration experience

**Key tasks of a Sales and Lettings Administrator will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries, booking viewings and valuations
- Setting up and managing property files
- Collating Weekly and Monthly Reports
- Conducting Key Audits
- Managing the office supplies such as brochures and stationery
- Registering applicants onto the system
- Dealing with general tenancy & landlord queries
- Carrying out ID Checks on Vendors and Purchasers, ensuring that the Company AML Policy and Procedure are followed
- Managing EPCs, be that arranging them or locating and saving those on the EPC Register
- Assisting the Lister/Negotiators with elements of marketing
