**Introduction**
**W**e have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Administrator to join our existing team. This role is permanent and will be based at our Doncaster depot, working under the direct guidance of the Technical Support Team.

**Responsibilities**:
**CAD Team**
- Import CAD requests on to works tracker system.
- Inform CAD team of emergency jobs.
- Allocate works to sub-contractors where required.
- Update monthly CAD cost tracker daily.

**Road Space**
- Import road booking requests on to works tracker system.
- Update monthly road space cost tracker daily.

You will also assist the Road Space Co-ordinator with the following:

- Raising purchase orders for payment to Local Authorities
- Complete and update relevant internal PO Registers
- Provide cover for Road Space Coordinator during periods of absence and annual leave
