**Part Time Administrator (Approx 3 days per week)**

Are you a dynamic and organised individual seeking temporary a Part Time Adminsitrator role. Morva Recruitment has an exciting opening for an experienced Administrator to support the HR/Payroll and Finance function of a unique company.

**Role Overview**:
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to various departments, with a primary focus on HR, Payroll, and general administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, 3 full days or can be flexible with hours (AM/PM), offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment working for a specialist company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with HR-related tasks, including but not limited to recruitment support, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
- Support payroll processes by collating timesheets, inputting data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication within the organization.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to meet departmental needs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work requirements.
