Eliquo Hydrok are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a long established engineering company in Cornwall.

**Client Details**

The company is an award-winning engineering company working on projects across the UK and some International Projects. The offices and manufacturing facilities are based in Indian Queens.

**Description**

This is a supporting role within the Human Resources and Payroll department and the experience will give the successful applicant opportunities to develop within the business.

The key duties of the Office Administrator will involve:

- Maintaining spreadsheets (data input to existing excel sheets)
- Updating of holiday records on excel and Edays app.
- Recording of absences.
- Must have strong numerical skills.
- Calculation of hourly time sheets and updating time and attendance system.
- Any other ad hoc duties

**Profile**

The successful Office Administrator will ideally have the following skills, but specific job training can be provided:

- Previous experience in administration tasks
- Organised
- Good knowledge of excel sheets
- Good communicational skills
- Easily adaptable to new environments
- Must have strong numerical skills.
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
