What you’ll do
Reporting directly to the Senior Networks Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing the analytics agenda for the incentives programme to deliver on the VCUK business plan in terms of new car volume as well as initiatives as related to KPI’s and bottom-line profitability.
Developing and deploying industry-leading motivational incentives, the role demands extensive cross-functional collaboration within VCUK, to define, measure and analyze incentives data to produce insights to support actionable retailer-facing programmes.
**Your key deliverables will include**:
- Managing the incentive programmes for retailer staff across sales, aftersales, accessories and training
- Developing and shaping our wider retailer communications strategy, working collaboratively across the business to ensure a consistent approach is taken
- Acting as the key operational representative for the incentive programme when working with the external platform supplier and internal stakeholders
- Managing the web platform in terms of maintaining the Volvo brand guidelines, using website analytics to improve the user experience, and making continual updates to ensure the platform remains fresh for users
- Driving the overall reporting and communication of incentive programmes metrics in the UK across Retailer, CRM, Web and Aftersales Delivery
- Supporting the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of analytics to support understanding of retailer incentives programmes, prioritising efforts against commercial objectives.
- Driving KPI monitoring for key retailer incentives to ensure that campaign performance can be tracked and course-corrected where required.
- Working in close collaboration with the Employee Engagement and experience team to ensure a consistent brand ambassador experience and programmes align with the brand values
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with shareholders, stakeholders, retailers, customers and relevant industry bodies and regulatory bodies

- Experience working in an environment where achieving measurable outcomes, such as sales targets, is a key focus and knowing your contribution to this by coming up with innovative suggestions.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with a strong detail focus.
- Excellent communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties in a cross-functional setting.
- A high level of numeracy and managing a budget.
- Experience of data analysis within a fast-paced and highly competitive setting
- Creative skills along with a process-focused aptitude
- Knowledge of working with databases is highly desirable.
- The ability to work well independently and to contribute as part of a team, with a supportive attitude to colleagues
- Experienced in managing service delivery through 3rd parties and writing engaging content, articles and stories in order to engage the retailer network.
- Past experience working with Microsoft products so they are comfortable to use these programmes daily, especially PowerPoint to create high-quality presentations.
- Previous experience with running engagement and incentive programs.
- Proven experience of working within an OEM in a role that directly interacts with the retailer network is also highly desirable for this role.
