Employment Engagement Specialist

NHB Recruitment is partnering with a leading professional services firm to fill an Employment Engagement Specialist role within their HR team. This position involves collaborating with the social and wellbeing teams to develop initiatives enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers.
  • Support managers with employee issues, disciplinaries, and grievances across the business.
Responsibilities:
  1. Aid in the Tupe and integration process for new businesses joining the group.
  2. Implement and maintain salary and job grading structures for harmonisation.
  3. Collaborate with the payroll team to create monthly payroll spreadsheets.
  4. Conduct Exit Interviews and review data.
Requirements:
  • CIPD studier or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within an HR function.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.
Estimated Salary:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
