**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the kitchen and dining area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper use of equipment
- Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
- Plan and coordinate menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
