**Contract**:Permanent - Full-time and part-time hours considered

Hours: 37.5 hours per week full-time (5 days p/w) or between15-22.5 hours part-time (2/3 days)

**Shift Patterns**: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm

**Location**: South Manchester (M22)

There has never been a more exciting time to join us as a **Patient Services Coordinator **to work in a progressive and supportive company offering a wide range of opportunities to develop.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit 4 x Full-Time Patient Services Coordinators and 1 x Part-Time Patient Services Coordinator to work at our modern Head Offices in South Manchester. Your role will be to provide exceptional administrative support within the Patient Services Team.

This is an exciting role in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment - ideal for someone looking to further their administrative career or gain valuable experience within the medical field.
- While previous customer-facing or administrative experience would be fantastic (healthcare industry experience would be an added plus) full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and fully competent in your new role_

**Job Summary**:

- To process and monitor patients booking in a timely and accurate manner and to meet the required KPI's.
- To provide a high level of customer service and patient care
- To be organised and proactive with good attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- To be able to work on multiple IT systems
- To act as main point of contact for customers at all levels

- Strong knowledge of IT programs such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
