Wild Thang are looking for an Inbound Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our successful, fast paced Inbound Sales Team who work together closely selling branded merchandise, clothing and associated services. You will deal with a list of duties which will include taking calls, assisting customers, processing orders and following up on any outbound follow up calls that are needed. The positon has become available due to company growth and individual promotion within the team.

The individual must be a team player who is a dedicated, honest, hardworking, looking to create a solid career path in a fast paced sales/customer service environment.

The daily coaching through the broad scenarios will be your main form of training, you will also take part in external industry specific training and general sales and customer service ongoing training.

Routine Tasks of a **fully trained**Inbound Sales/Customer Service Representative: may include some or all tasks daily
- Morning sales team meeting assessing team and individual workload, best approach for live enquiries for the day
- Conducting video calls to develop an early emotional connection with potential customers, to fully qualify the opportunity to determine if it makes sense for the team to move to the next step
- To effectively prepare quotes where needed, in the earlier months to discuss with the Team Leader the best course of action for a quote, sharing ideas brings the best results
- To build a strong knowledge of suppliers, supplier portals, products, lead times, prices, print methods, restrictions
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing the Incoming Team and at times customers with quotations sent via internal software
- Checking the quantities of goods available in stock
- Identify best product sellers, suppliers and key items; communicate to the team
- Gathering relevant quoting information effectively to share with the Incoming Team sales person, this may be supplier templates or lifestyle images
- Attending away days for Supplier / Product Training it is important that we are building our product and supplier knowledge daily due to the ever changing industry that we are part of and the fierce nature of the competition
- Ensuring all new clients are sent and wowed with the introduction showcase on Wild Thang
- Processing requests for Brochure Requests to be sent to all new contacts, we know our brochure and introduction’s landing with the customer instils immediate confidence
- To input customers contact details accurately within the relevant fields via internal software
- Ensure professional follow up and review requests are executed where required focusing on securing orders at all times
- Customer updates, calling existing clients to update information, cross and up sell
- Cold calling target markets and potential opportunities to prospect for new business
- Assisting in Customer face to face Meetings where required this may be as administrative support or just for general discussion
