Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5.00pm Friday - 8.30am to 3.45pm

25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays

This role is to work for the World’s largest independent supplier of future development, simulation and testing technology of powertrains into vehicles.

Working as an Assistant Project Manager, you will be working closely with the Senior Project Managers, assisting them in delivering contracts from handover to final acceptance, giving you the ability to learn and develop on the job skills.

**Responsibilities**

To support the Project Managers on the company’s contracts so that they are completed within time, specification and budget.

To assist in the reporting of the contracts as required by the project reporting processes and tools.

To foster and maintain harmonious relationships with customers, sub-contractors

To attend, contribute to, and when required call such meetings as are required to effectively manage the contracts as required by the Project Manager.

To provide feedback to the project manager on status and support areas of the business where necessary to keep project milestones.

**About you**:
To be considered for this great opportunity, you must be quality and process orientated and be able to demonstrate 1-2 years previous experience in a project support or business support role.

Ability to embrace and encourage change.

Excellent attention to detail.

Able to multi task and prioritise.
