Customer Service Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate service requests and schedules to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
- Liaise with clients, technicians, and other team members to gather necessary information and facilitate service delivery.
- Utilise strong analytical skills to assess service requests and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documentation of client interactions and service history.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex service issues and ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their service requests and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess and prioritise service requests.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
