Palta is a multi-product tech platform developing several mobile apps focused on health and well-being with a combined audience of more than 60 million monthly active users. Our portfolio includes such successful companies as Flo (global leader in female health), Simple (a nutrition and wellness app with over 15m downloads), Zing (personal fitness trainer), and more.
The rapid portfolio growth was fueled by the recently raised $100 million Series B round led by VNV Global, and the group's revenue is currently sustainably growing 50% YoY.
Simple is a successful mobile product that has a user base of over 15 million people and has over 50% year-over-year revenue growth. It helps people improve their nutritional habits through personalized programs, meal tracking, and health insights, which allows them to lead healthier and happier lives.
Now, we are taking the next big step and working on a new revolutionary AI product that helps each person improve their health in a fun and engaging way.
As we plan for rebranding and strengthening our brand presence, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Brand and Communications. This key role will coordinate all aspects of marketing, branding, and communication strategy, managing the company's image transformation to accelerate growth.
**What you'll do**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with our mission and values, supporting business growth by increasing customer willingness to pay and enhancing customer delight.
- Lead the rebranding initiative, including the creation of unique messaging that aids in expanding our marketing efforts.
- Enhance the integration of organic and performance marketing, emphasizing a balance between scale and advocacy.
- Lead PR and communication strategies aimed at increasing brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with various company departments to ensure consistency and coherence in brand messaging.
**What we're looking for**:
- Extensive experience in branding and communications for 5 years, preferably in startups or scale-up companies with a focus on balancing performance marketing and advocacy.
- Strong understanding of the digital health & fitness market.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and drive innovation.
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
- Superior communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
