Job Summary
The Back-Up Trust is seeking a highly skilled Head of Brand and Communications to lead our marketing and communications efforts. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our brand and corporate identity.

About The Role
This full-time position will be responsible for establishing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy, ensuring effective communication with all key stakeholders. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and maintain a strong brand presence, including digital marketing, PR, and internal communications.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
* Lead the development of our brand identity, including visual branding and messaging
* Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and staff
* Collaborate with the fundraising and services department to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing or communications role
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies
* Excellent leadership and project management skills
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and internal communications
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

What We Offer
* Competitive salary range: £60,000-£70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
