**Company Overview**:
**Summary of Job Role**

The production supervisor will be responsible for the on-time and efficient delivery of medical device and pharmaceutical products in a fast-paced production environment. You will be supervising a production team and will report directly to the Production Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for managing your own shift.

Communicating between departments and senior management and interact clearly, constructively and positively with all personnel to ensure that orders are completed on time to the required quality standard.

Participate in production meetings, control and managing production output, to ensure targets are achieved.

Manage production lines in accordance with the production schedule.

Promote health & safety within the work place.

Carry out any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.

**Essential** **Criteria**

Supervisory Experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

Strong work ethic

**Skills**

Good organisational skills

Problem solving abilities

Ability to work and make decisions under pressure

Time management and effective planning

Ability to work as part of the team

Good oral and written communication
