**Bela Recruitment **is currently hiring a **Production Team Leader** in **Omagh, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland.**

They are trusted by the biggest names in Hospitality, Health Care, Hotels and Bars and Restaurants globally. This is a craft-skilled business, with a mix of skilled staff from Joiners, Graphic Designers, Joiners, Production Operatives, Printers and most staff are multi-skilled and talented people.

**Responsibilities**:

- This is a “hand’s-on” role, where you will work alongside the team & management, to ensure day-to-day tasks are planned, staff meet quality and production schedules.
- Lead, motivate and develop the workshop to ensure high-quality products are produced daily.
- Ensure everyone follows company Health & Safety guidelines and ensure PPE is wore daily.
- Set, monitor, and coach team performance regularly.
- Ensure production KPI’s are met across a range of areas such as - deadlines, line efficiencies, material usage, damages etc.
- Monitor personal develop plans for each team member, absenteeism levels and training needs.
- Support senior management with a variety of other tasks such as Stock Management, Project Management, Client Survey’s or Fittings, Conduct Daily Production Meetings or Housekeeping.

**Requirements**:
You need some form of Production Team Leader / Supervisor type experience, potentially gained from - Manufacturing, Engineering, Kitchen Making, Window Making, Picture Framing, Sign / Graphic Making or Interior Fit-Out sectors.
Open to other potential industries, someone with a qualified “Trade” background and other people management experience could also work, give me a call to discuss.
- People and project management skills, strong communication and IT skills.
- Ability to lead & develop a small team to ensure deadlines are met while working on multiple projects, delegate tasks and ensure schedules are met.
- Ensure standards are met across production, quality, safety, development of team.
- Proven ability to take ownership of works/projects from start-to-finish / including installation if needed.
- Ability to quickly find solutions to any live projects.
- Must be willing to learn all equipment & processes onsite, full training will be provided.
- Must be physically fit to work on your feet daily, lifting and moving items (nothing very heavy).
- Must have a driving license and be able to conduct site visits is/when required.

If from a Trade background, like joinery, this would make a great change, being a nicer working environment, Mon-Fri hours, in the one location daily close to home, think of a “Workshop” type setting.

Working - Mon-Thu 8.15-5.30pm and Fri 8.15-2.30pm
